Am I Registered?

Click Here or on the above image to go to the Secretary of State website form that searches the Texas voter registration rolls to see if you are registered to vote.
Click Here or on the above image to register to vote online.  If you register online, your application is received by the Secretary of State, who forwards it to your County Election Officials.  That can take a few days so if you are registering close to the deadline, it is a good idea to go to our County Election Office to register.

Voter Registration Card

Above is a sample of a voter registration card that will be mailed to you.  Although you can vote without producing your card, it is always a good idea to bring it with you in case there are questions.

The numbers in red are explained below:
  1. Your Voter Unique Identification Number
  2. Your Precinct Number
  3. Year the Voter Registration Card is in Effect
  4. Your physical address
  5. Please sign your card
  6. N/A
  7. Shows your various voting districts
    1. CD - U.S. Congressional District, either CD21 or CD35 for Comal County
    2. SD - Texas Senate District, SD25 for Comal County
    3. SREP - State Representative, D73 for Comal County
    4. Comm - County Commissioner, the District is the first number on your precinct
    5. JP - Justice of the Peace, same as above
    6. City - Your city voting district, if applicable
    7. SCHL - Either New Braunfels Independent School District or Comal Independent School District
    8. SBOE - State Board of Education, District 10 in Comal County.
